Two pads. Alcohol wipe. Thirty seconds of pressure. Then strap in like you always do.

Place pads on the lower cheek foam

    Clean the foam

    Clean the lower cheek foam on both sides with an alcohol wipe. Allow to dry.

    Test fit

    Align the pad centered on the cheek foam, lined up with the bottom rim. Feel it before you peel.

  3. 03

    Peel and press

    Peel the red liner from the 3M VHB backing. Press firmly for 30 seconds.

    Strap in

    Install goggles normally. Strap tension activates lateral cheek pressure — that’s what opens the valves.

Place the pad on the lower cheek foam, aligned with the bottom rim.

Strap tension activates lateral cheek pressure.

Tips

— Initial slight pressure is normal; the pad conforms after use.

— Universal size fits most goggles.

— Slight trimming is acceptable for very narrow foam.

— Results may vary by goggle model and fit.
