A small asymmetric memory-foam pad with high-bond 3M VHB adhesive. You stick a left and a right onto the lower cheek foam of your goggles. When you strap in, the pad profile uses strap tension to press your cheeks outward, opening the nasal valves.

Yes. Universal size fits most goggles — they attach to the foam, not to a specific frame. Ski, snowboard, snowmobile, ATV, mountain bike, motocross: if it has cheek foam and a strap, it’s the same install.

No. They ride on the face of the lower foam so the seal edge still meets your face. If a tab is sitting on the seal lip, peel and nudge it toward the cheek.

Plan on a fresh pair every few rides. On cool or dry days they can go longer. On super-hot, high-sweat days the bond can release mid-ride. That’s expected.

Alcohol-wipe the lower cheek foam and let it dry. Test-fit the pad centered on the foam, aligned with the bottom rim. Peel the red 3M VHB liner and press firmly for 30 seconds. Strap in as usual.

We have not damaged a goggle in testing. When they let go, they let go clean. Peel slowly if you’re swapping a still-stuck tab. Don’t rip across a lens.

Yes. The pinch is the goggle, not the dirt bike. Oakley, Smith, Scott, 100% — if it has foam and a strap, the valves get stacked the same way. Fog is usually worse in the cold, which is why skiers and snowboarders notice mouth-breathing fast.
